Our 'No-one gives a **** about cleaning products' campaign aimed to get lapsed customers to reactivate their accounts with Bunzl.
The objectives of the Bunzl campaign were to reactivate existing customers who had not ordered from Bunzl for some time. Ordering cleaning and hygiene products is probably not on the top of the 'to do' list for people running a business, so we had to think of an innovative way to capture their attention and make Bunzl's name memorable. We decided that 'talking dirty' would be an appropriate approach to take!
The attention-grabbing piece of DM, featuring the copyline: 'No-one gives a **** about cleaning products - until they run out' uses humour to strike a chord with the target audience.
