A bespoke approach
to online banking.
This extremely complex project involved producing a CD to sell The Co-operative Bank's bespoke online business banking system - Financial Director. The CD included a self-selection process for customers to choose which modules they wanted to use, self-installation instructions and an online help centre. It was designed to achieve greater sales and minimise after sales costs and has been a huge success.
